lovely experience close to everything

This hotel offered really good convenience. i found parking easily available for a reasonable price in the gated garage beneath the building. inside, my room was wonderfully quiet. I was near the lobby, yet i enjoyed perfect silence. And a starbucks accessible directly from the lobby added a special touch to my mornings.
the elevators were quite slow at times which was only a small inconvenience.

charmed by my stay!

I was thrilled to find early check-in available upon my arrival. This helped a lot since i came from out of town! i found parking easy and the rates reasonable. the rooftop views are definitely amazing, offering a fine panorama! the staff was wonderfully bubbly. They addressed all requests quickly.

the staff was helpful and friendly. the location is close to the monorail (it takes you downtown).
the area around the hotel felt a little unsafe. the vending machine sometimes takes your money but does not give you anything.

the staff were very friendly to me. i was given a room that was excellent. security in the parking area was excellent too.
our room, with two queen beds, felt small. i was on the fourth floor and my view was a brick wall. the room felt cramped and claustrophobic because of this.
