lovely experience close to everything

gated garage quiet room lobby access hotel convenience

This hotel offered really good convenience. i found parking easily available for a reasonable price in the gated garage beneath the building. inside, my room was wonderfully quiet. I was near the lobby, yet i enjoyed perfect silence. And a starbucks accessible directly from the lobby added a special touch to my mornings.

the elevators were quite slow at times which was only a small inconvenience.

the queen room provided a restful retreat with its thoughtful design. the bed offered great comfort, it ensured a peaceful night's sleep. amenities such as the fridge and microwave were useful additions, they allowed for easy storage and preparation of snacks.

while the hotel doesn't have a full restaurant, the adjacent starbucks was a definite plus, allowing me to grab my morning coffee with ease. the area around the hotel also boasts many dining options, ranging from casual cafes to more refined restaurants.

charmed by my stay!

early check-in reasonable rates amazing panorama bubbly staff

I was thrilled to find early check-in available upon my arrival. This helped a lot since i came from out of town! i found parking easy and the rates reasonable. the rooftop views are definitely amazing, offering a fine panorama! the staff was wonderfully bubbly. They addressed all requests quickly.

the room included comfortable queen beds with great bedding, so i rested very well. there was a sleek bathroom including a shower. air conditioning was available ensuring a very comfortable temperature.

The rooftop nets gorgeous views, especially at sunset. i had easy access to the parking garage directly below the building. i appreciated the fast, free wifi throughout the hotel. This helped me stay connected.

There were many good restaurants within walking distance. I enjoyed trying several spots. i found a safeway nearby to grab some quick snacks. the options made meals very convenient.

helpful staff friendly staff unsafe area faulty machine

the staff was helpful and friendly. the location is close to the monorail (it takes you downtown).

the area around the hotel felt a little unsafe. the vending machine sometimes takes your money but does not give you anything.

friendly staff excellent room small room brick wall

the staff were very friendly to me. i was given a room that was excellent. security in the parking area was excellent too.

our room, with two queen beds, felt small. i was on the fourth floor and my view was a brick wall. the room felt cramped and claustrophobic because of this.
